Salesforce Developer

As a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Your deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations will be crucial in delivering scalable Salesforce applications aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). - Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews with junior developers. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. - Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization efforts. - Manage deployment activities across sandboxes and production environments using CI/CD tools. - Provide level 3 support for escalated issues and troubleshoot platform-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Admins, QA, and Project Managers. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and recommend improvements accordingly. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience in Salesforce configuration including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and flows. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits. - Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, and VS Code. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.,
