Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer at Observe.AI, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and distill them into clear technical solutions. Your role will involve designing and developing custom applications within Salesforce Service Cloud to optimize service processes and agent productivity. Additionally, you will integrate Salesforce Messaging APIs using Converse, including setup for AI/chatbot integration and conversational flows. You will also embed external or custom-built apps into Salesforce where needed to streamline workflows. Your collaboration with product teams in shaping feature requirements, prioritizing use cases, and contributing to the product roadmap will directly impact the success of our customers. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining scalable and maintainable code using Apex, LWC, and standard Salesforce tools, as well as handling data integration tasks, including pulling/pushing data via APIs and standard connectors. Furthermore, you will be conducting demos, providing solution documentation, and supporting deployment and testing activities.
