We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Digital Engagement, Service Cloud, and Lightning development. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and hands-on experience with Salesforce’s modern development stack.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing applications that enhance customer engagement across digital channels. This role requires adherence to Salesforce best practices, the ability to write clean, maintainable code, and the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
Build and refine reusable components, integrations, triggers, and classes aligned with best coding practices.
Create automation solutions using Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Configure and integrate Salesforce Digital Engagement tools such as:
Live Chat
SMS
Web-to-Case
Messaging
Omni-Channel
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Optimize routing, case management, and service workflows.
Ensure high-quality, scalable solutions using Salesforce coding standards, governor limits, and performance best practices.
Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and support post-deployment stabilization.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, QA, Architects) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and solution diagrams.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
6–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in:
Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL & SOSL
Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement tools & configurations.
Strong understanding of:
Omni-Channel
Live Agent
Messaging
Web-to-Case
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is preferred.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
