Black Duck Software is seeking a Salesforce Developer with administrator and developer skillsets . This individual will primarily be focused on administering and customizing our Salesforce.com solution to support our Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support organizations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about simplifying user experience, innovating, seeking business process improvements and strong user adoption. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, ask questions, and jump in to help wherever needed. This role will be part of our Business Applications department, working side by side with other Salesforce Administrators and Developers. Key Requirements: Responsible for day-to-day administration of Salesforce.com. Design, document, build, test, and deploy alerts, reports, complex dashboards, and workflow within Salesforce.com. Manage integration of Salesforce.com with other third-party applications and Black Duck systems. Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com feature and functionality enhancements. Recommend best practices around new and existing Salesforce.com features. Responsible for promoting tested approved changes from Sandbox instances to Production. Customization, solution recommendation, and development to fit business needs. Manage workflow and suggest improvements to business processes to address strategic initiatives Your Impact: A trusted member of the Salesforce team, developing tickets, code reviewing others work, and promoting tickets through the pipeline. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree 4-6 years of Salesforce.com development experience required Salesforce.com Developer I Platform App Builder certificates at minimum Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Design (development skill set) Demonstrated experience with all Salesforce automation tools Experience designing and developing processes in an agile environment Demonstrated understanding of business process development and improvement initiatives Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task various projects and balance priorities
