Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Agentforce (Einstein Copilot, Copilot Builder, Prompt Builder, Skills) to lead the design and development of advanced Salesforce solutions. This role requires expertise in Salesforce core development (Apex, LWC, APIs) and AI-driven workflows to deliver scalable, intelligent, and integrated applications.
As a senior member of the team, you will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with architects, admins, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Agentforce-powered applications, building copilots, skills, and prompts.
Architect and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
Develop high-performance applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Triggers.
Build AI-driven conversational agents leveraging Agentforce + Salesforce Data Cloud.
Guide integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Kafka, or middleware tools.
Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and governance limits.
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to convert requirements into technical designs.
Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers and contribute to team upskilling.
Stay ahead of the curve on Salesforce AI innovations and new platform features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of Salesforce development experience.
Proven hands-on expertise in Agentforce (Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, Skills).
Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CRM, or custom apps).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git).
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
Agentforce / Einstein Copilot Builder certification highly preferred.
