Your role will involve being a skilled Salesforce Developer / Administrator specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, proficient in configuration, data management, and CRM customization to meet business requirements effectively. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, managing bulk data operations, creating validation rules, optimizing business logic with formulas and flows, profile management, Lightning page layout design, relationship management, reporting, and case management scenarios. Experience with Apex, Triggers, Web-to-Lead implementations, and AZ-900 Certification are advantageous. You should have 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, a strong grasp of Salesforce data architecture and Lightning Experience, and familiarity with Flows for business process automation. Soft skills such as excellent communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving with attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The position is full-time based in Bangalore with a 6-month probationary period, and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
