Position Overview: We're looking for a young, driven marketer to take end-to-end ownership of key marketing channels. Youll work directly with the founder, drive growth experiments, and constantly measure, iterate, and improve performance. What You'll Do: SEO & Content Writing: Write SEO blogs to drive traffic and improve search rankings Research keywords, competitors, and content gaps Own blog performance traffic, engagement, leads LinkedIn Outreach & Profile Management: Manage founders LinkedIn: posts, engagement, and DMs Execute outreach to clients, partners, and stakeholders Track outcomes and optimize for conversions Email Marketing: Create and send newsletters, poster campaigns, and updates Manage email lists, design creatives (using Canva), and measure performance Champions Referral Program: Run and grow our referral program for users and partners Engage with referrers, track performance, and drive referrals Key Expectation: You will own these marketing channels end-to-end from planning to execution, and from measuring results to continuous improvement. Were looking for someone who can experiment, learn, and scale what works.
