Job Description

As a seasoned Senior AgentForce/Data Cloud Developer, your role will involve creating tailored solutions on Salesforce's AgentForce platform. You will be responsible for building intelligent workflows, enhancing the agent experience, and optimizing case-management processes by utilizing AgentForce, Data Cloud, Apex, AI, and other tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement custom AgentForce capabilities using Apex, Salesforce Flows, Data Cloud, and AI services. - Develop intelligent routing and decision logic considering case priority, sentiment, and agent skill sets. - Identify necessary data points for each use-case, assess data quality, and engineer cleansing routines. - Map source data to CDP objects and fields, define object relationships, and configure unification algorithms. - Develop Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs for advanced case routing, task assignment, and other bespoke processes. - Customize AgentForce actions such as case creation, escalation, and assignment to reduce manual effort. - Build secure APIs to integrate external data with AgentForce, following CI/CD best practices for maintainability and scalability. - Design test datasets and execute rigorous system tests to ensure quality. - Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to refine workflows, automations, and integrations based on feedback. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience working with marketing or customer data in MarTech/analytics environments. - 1+ year of experience implementing at least one major Customer Data Platform. - 2+ years of SQL and cloud-based ETL/data-transformation experience. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows. - Experience in crafting dynamic AgentForce workflows and AI-driven decision models. - In-depth understanding of the Salesforce CDP data model, object relationships, and unification logic. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus.
