Salesforce Data Analyst

As a Salesforce Data Analyst, your role will be crucial in maintaining clean, accurate, and standardized customer data within Salesforce systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Data Matching & Validation: Utilize Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, and matching rules to align customer records. Perform manual validation when necessary. - Duplicate & Record Management: Identify, resolve, and merge duplicate records while ensuring data integrity. - Bulk Data Handling: Prepare, clean, and load customer data efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any data load issues that may arise. - Data Cleansing & QA: Standardize formats for phone numbers, emails, and addresses. Fill in missing values and uphold governance rules. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and generate reports on data quality, duplicates, and system health. - Collaboration & Support: Collaborate closely with Salesforce admins, IT, and business teams to address data issues and uphold standards. - Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop guides, SOPs, and conduct training sessions on data quality and import processes. - Process Improvement: Recommend scalable solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts. - Compliance & Security: Ensure data handling complies with GDPR/HIPAA regulations and maintain secure data management practices. In addition to your role responsibilities, the following skills are essential for this position: - 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data quality with a focus on customer data. - Proficient in Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, for import/export, duplicate management, and reporting. - Strong proficiency in Excel and Salesforce Data Loader or other data tools. - High attention to detail and a structured approach to work. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
