Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce data to provide actionable insights, improve system efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide business insights.
Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Assist in data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Support Salesforce administrators with data migration, mass updates, and system configuration as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce reporting capabilities.
