Salesforce Data Analyst

As a Salesforce Data Analyst at our company in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of customer data in Salesforce systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data Matching & Validation: - Utilize Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, Reports, and matching rules to align customer records - Perform manual validation when necessary - Duplicate & Record Management: - Identify, resolve, and merge duplicate records while maintaining data integrity - Bulk Data Handling: - Prepare, clean, and load customer data - Troubleshoot and resolve data load issues - Data Cleansing & QA: - Standardize formats for phone, email, and address fields - Fill missing values and adhere to governance rules - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Generate reports on data quality, duplicates, and system health - Collaboration & Support: - Collaborate with Salesforce admins, IT, and business teams to address data issues and enforce standards - Training & Knowledge Transfer: - Develop guides, SOPs, and provide training on data quality and import procedures - Process Improvement: - Recommend scalable solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort - Compliance & Security: - Ensure data handling complies with GDPR/HIPAA regulations and maintain secure data management practices Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data quality, focusing on customer data - Proficiency in Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) for import/export, duplicate management, and reporting - Strong skills in Excel and Salesforce Data Loader or other data tools - High attention to detail and structured working style - Excellent communication and documentation abilities If you are seeking a challenging role where you can utilize your Salesforce expertise and data management skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance, we welcome you to apply for the position of Salesforce Data Analyst at our company.,
