Location: Remote / Onsite / Offshore (as required) Experience: 7-10 years Role Type: Full-Time Practice: Salesforce Practice - Royal Cyber (or your company name) About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Architect who can partner closely with customer business teams and internal technical teams to design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integrations paired with strong communication and leadership capabilities. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, drive solution design, and ensure best practices across implementations. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Leadership Engage directly with customer business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and strategic goals. Lead discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and solution walkthroughs. Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof Salesforce architecture. Present complex technical solutions in clear, business-friendly language. Solution Architecture & Delivery Design end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Agentforce, and Data Cloud. Define integrations with external systems using best practices (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, etc.). Create architecture diagrams, data models, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps. Provide hands-on support to the development team, ensuring adherence to design and architectural guidelines. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce security, governance, and performance standards. Technical Leadership Guide cross-functional teams including developers, admins, QA, and business analysts. Conduct design reviews, technical assessments, and code reviews when required. Mentor junior and mid-level team members. Quality & Best Practices Champion Salesforce best practices, reusable assets, and architectural frameworks. Ensure data integrity, system scalability, and performance optimization. Collaborate with PMs to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Required Skills & Experience 7-10 years of hands-on experience working across Salesforce CRM products. Certified application and system architect. Strong techno-functional background with the ability to understand both business processes and deep technical implementation. Proven experience architecting solutions across: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Experience Cloud Data Cloud Agentforce (AI Agents, Agentic workflows, prompts, orchestration) Integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, event-driven integrations). Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and declarative capabilities. Ability to lead client discussions, run workshops, and communicate with executive-level stakeholders. Experience with complex data modeling, system scalability, and multi-cloud architecture. Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Architect track, Sales/Service Consultant, Integration, Data Cloud, or Platform Developer).
