Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Core CRM architect at Schneider Electric, you will play a key role in developing high-level and low-level solution designs for Salesforce projects. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance to development teams, communicating design overviews to stakeholders, architecting robust data models, designing integrations with other systems, ensuring performance optimization and security of the Salesforce solution, and managing Salesforce environments. Additionally, you will lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-level and low-level solution designs, system diagrams, data models, and integration patterns. - Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. - Communicate design overviews to various stakeholders, including business and technical audiences. - Architect and implement robust data models, data migration strategies, data sharing, and data privacy considerations. - Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems. - Ensure the Salesforce solution is scalable, performant, and meets business needs. - Implement and maintain secure access controls and data protection measures. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Manage Salesforce environments, including release management, deployment processes, and DevOps practices. - Lead technical teams, mentor junior developers. Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of work experience in Salesforce development projects (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.) with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on architect experience. - Extensive experience in designing and developing complex and scalable Salesforce architecture. - Experience in identifying architecture risks and conducting analysis during the discovery phase. - Experience in technical proposals, analyzing technological risks, estimating, and identifying suitable profiles. - Strategic vision of the Salesforce platform and its environment. - Technical leadership on the Salesforce platform and products. - Expertise in various areas of integrations with other products. - Advanced proficiency in English.
