Salesforce CRM Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, deep understanding of CRM best practices, and proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce projects across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals
• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams and stakeholders
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security policies
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers on Salesforce technologies and architecture principles
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Lead Salesforce architecture reviews and assist in establishing development standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 10 to 13 years of experience in Salesforce CRM architecture and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
• Expertise in designing and building complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• Experience in multi-cloud and multi-org Salesforce environments
• Proven ability to lead large, complex Salesforce projects and cross-functional teams
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
