Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable APIs and integration solutions using Databricks Platform • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce customizations • Support integration between Salesforce and external platforms, Databricks • Develop and support integrations related to Salesforce Sales modules such as Orders, Accounts, and Mobile App workflows. • Collaborate with the broader Salesforce Team to ensure integration supports operational workflows and program delivery • Maintain and improve system architecture to ensure performance, reliability, and security of integrated systems • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide long-term solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives); manage tasks and updates in Jira • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration maps, data flow diagrams, and deployment guides • Monitor and optimize API performance, error handling, and system logging • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to manage data exchange and platform interoperability • Stay current with Salesforce and integrations updates, best practices, and trends Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Developer II a plus • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (e.g. Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations) • 2+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Module, particularly in customizing and integrating service workflows and mobile interfaces • Understanding of authentication protocols and API security best practices • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Experience working with Agile teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence • Experience with Databricks Platform
