Job Description

Role Overview:

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
Salesforce CPQ customizations and configurations
.
Build and maintain
product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval workflows
.
Work on
CPQ data model
, quote templates, and document generation.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform
unit testing, system integration testing
, and assist in UAT support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CPQ implementation and ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years
of total experience with at least
3+ years in Salesforce CPQ
.
Strong experience in
both customization (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
and
configuration
.
Hands-on expertise in
Salesforce Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
integration.
Experience with
Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules
, and
Approval Processes
.
Salesforce
CPQ Specialist Certification
is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
