Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Experience Required: 4-6 years Location: Pune About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who can lead end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across SFMC modules, strong technical capability, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaigns. Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Social, Web). Work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder. Create dynamic, personalized email templates using AMP script, HTML/CSS, and SSJS. Build SQL queries within Marketing Cloud for segmentation and data management. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external systems. Manage data extensions, contact models, and subscriber lists for targeted campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align business needs with platform capabilities. Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve technical problems, and optimize processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other SFMC modules. Proficiency in AMP script, SQL, HTML, CSS, and basic SSJS. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud integrations. Solid understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
