Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Salesforce Consumer Goods Specialist. The role involves daily tasks such as managing Salesforce implementations, customizing Salesforce platforms to align with business requirements, integration of Salesforce in various business processes, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. The role also entails coordinating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to optimize Salesforce usage for consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce customization and management
• Experience in Salesforce integration and technical support
• Strong understanding of consumer goods processes and workflows
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and in remote setups
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus
• Experience in consulting and IT services is advantageous
