Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and documenting business systems, user needs, and customer requirements. You will assist in defining scope and objectives, as well as testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems across functional areas for customers. Your role will include performing application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. You will be involved in Salesforce.com project activities throughout all project phases, including preparation, blue print, technical design, implementation, testing, and configuration. Key Responsibilities: - Review, analyze, and document business systems, user needs, and customer requirements. - Assist in defining scope and objectives for enterprise-wide systems across functional areas. - Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. - Engage in Salesforce.com project activities during all project phases. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience working in a technical/functional role during multiple implementations. - Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements. - Experience with Salesforce.com Administration. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Intellectual curiosity and outstanding analytical skills. - Capability to collaborate with international team members. - Flexibility to work a flexible schedule.,
