Job Level: Senior Associate - Salesforce Lightning / CG Cloud Years of Experience: 5-8 years Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / M.E / M.Tech Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience on Salesforce Platform with a solid understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integration framework, and CG Cloud. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud. - Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as LWC, Apex, Webservices, integration frameworks, and mobile SDK. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration and Customization, including Visual Force Pages, Apex, and Test Classes. - Implementation experience using Sales/Service Cloud. - Strong knowledge of Consumer Goods cloud, API-led architecture, and rest APIs. - Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant certification is preferred. - Experience in code packaging, deployment using tools like Ant, Salesforce Integration, and Salesforce LDS. - Ability to design solutions aligning with SFDC security models and address security complexities. - Proficiency in project management, agile methodologies, technical processes, and strategic thinking. - Strong technical skills in Salesforce to provide solution architecture, design trade-offs, and decipher design choices. - Extensive experience in Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning, LWC, and common integration patterns. - Familiarity with middleware supporting Salesforce platforms and data migration strategies. - Ability to manage multi-environment, multi-region project implementations and define deployment strategies. - Exposure to prominent AppExchange products and proposal activities for Salesforce projects. - Advanced certifications in Salesforce are beneficial. Additional Desired Skills: - Knowledge of net zero and carbon footprint concepts. - Experience in CRM Analytics and leading practice initiatives within the Salesforce practice. - Articulation of Point of Values and defining Go-to market solutions. - Expertise in data management, strategic technical processes, and best practices in Salesforce. - Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Adaptability to the changing Cloud ecosystem and emerging technologies.
