Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between

  business stakeholders and technical teams

  to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document

  functional and technical requirements

  for Salesforce implementations.
• Translate business needs into

  user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

  .
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and admins to design scalable solutions.
• Conduct

  gap analysis

  to identify opportunities for process improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
• Support Salesforce

  configurations

  including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Security settings.
• Coordinate and conduct

  UAT sessions, end-user training, and adoption workshops

  .
• Create and maintain detailed

  documentation

  (BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user guides).
• Work in

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  , participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure

  data quality, integrity, and compliance

  with organizational and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of

  Business Analyst experience

  , with at least 2–3 years on Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  .
• Proficiency in preparing

  process flows, wireframes, and user journey maps

  .
• Experience in writing

  user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Salesforce configuration

  (reports, dashboards, flows).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce

  Administrator or Business Analyst Certification

  preferred.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud

  .
• Experience working with

  integration projects (MuleSoft, APIs)

  .
• Knowledge of

  JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools

  .
