Salesforce Business Analyst - Q2C

As a Senior Business Analyst with over 7+ years of experience, your role will involve analyzing and documenting current-state Q2C processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring process documentation compliance, and partnering with technology teams for system enhancements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and documenting current-state Q2C processes such as quoting, contract management, order processing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and map out process flows using industry-standard methodologies and tools. - Developing current-state process maps to aid in issues remediation and overall Q2C transformation program. - Facilitating interviews with stakeholders to document current-state processes and ensure alignment with business goals. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for Q2C processes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with internal controls and external regulations. - Partnering with technology teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements or automation opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, process analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Q2C or related business process domains. - Strong knowledge of end-to-end Q2C processes and best practices. - Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with ERP, CRM, or Q2C-related systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is a plus. This is a Contractual / Temporary position with a contract length of 6 months.
