Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Salesforce Clouds and platform capabilities, strong technical leadership skills, and a proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements. Define data models , object relationships, and strategies for system integration with external platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures). Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across Salesforce development teams. Oversee and guide development in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows , and SOQL/SOSL . Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across Salesforce environments. Lead platform-level integrations and API development across enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to deliver scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Implement and promote CI/CD best practices using modern DevOps tooling. Job Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related technical field. 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on architecture, development, and administration. In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and Salesforce Platform . Expert-level skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows , and Salesforce integrations . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools , version control systems, and Agile methodologies . Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture , and compliance standards. Nice to Have: Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect). Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL) , or Einstein AI . Experience integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Prior leadership on enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations . Primary Skills: Salesforce Architecture Apex, LWC, Flows SOQL/SOSL API Integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft) CI/CD & DevOps Agile Methodologies
