Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect for our client, a leading group in the BFSI space, based in Mumbai, you will be expected to have a minimum of 7 years of experience, particularly strong in Salesforce architecture. Your main responsibilities will involve architecting applications on the Salesforce platform as a Lead. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Analyze, design/architect, configure, develop, review, test, and deliver quality applications on the Salesforce platform as the lead for in-house development. - Define and implement the DEV/OPS processes and activities. - Manage an internal development team and handle integrations with other internal programs and third-party applications. - Identify areas for optimization and transformation, assess required changes, and drive change through to implementation. - Play a key role in the cloud migration strategy focusing on single/multi-cloud, selecting the best tools/services on the cloud, and designing architecture. - Utilize DevOps environment tools like Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, Sonarcube, Checkmarx, etc., for deploying/orchestrating the models. - Ensure adherence to IT Control Policies throughout design, development, and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams/line of business to discover, design, build, test, and deploy solutions. - Establish and adhere to the highest standards on design, code build, test, deploy, supported by processes and tools. - Formulate a technology vision and strategy for the firm to ensure the adoption of new technologies and systems. - Strong reasoning skills, articulate with clarity, and being a great listener are essential qualities for this role.
