Job Summary:

Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect

  end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define system

  architecture, integration patterns, and data flows

  .

• Lead and oversee the implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Mule Soft, Dell Boomi), and ETL tools.

• Drive best practices around

  data quality

  ,

  duplicate management

  , and

  data governance

  within Salesforce.

• Defining scalable and secure architecture that supports high data volumes and complex business processes.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Provide guidance on platform limits, performance tuning, and security compliance.

• Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators to align with architectural standards.

• Contribute to architectural reviews, technical documentation, and solution workshops.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of total Salesforce experience

  , including configuration, customization, and development.

• Minimum 3 years in a

  Salesforce Architect

  role with proven leadership in solution design.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL, and data model.

• Hands-on experience with

  integration design

  using APIs, middleware, or other external systems.

• Exposure to and experience in

  duplicate record management

  strategies (Matching Rules, Duplicate Rules, deduplication tools like Demand Tools, Cloudingo, etc.).

• Experience with

  data migrations, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD tools.

• Salesforce certifications such as

  Application Architect

  ,

  System Architect

  , or

  Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  - preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Industry-specific Salesforce implementations.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRabit.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence design decisions.
