Position Overview:

play a crucial role in leveraging data within Salesforce to drive insights and inform decision-making. This position is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of reports and

dashboards to support business objectives and empower data-driven decisions.

Education & Experience (Required and Preferred):

  •  B.S. Degree (or equivalent experience)
  •  Experience in Salesforce administration with a focus on reports and dashboards (minimum 2 years)
  •  Salesforce Admin certification (preferred)

Qualifications & Skills (Required and Preferred):

  •  Data Analysis: Understanding how to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights from reports.
  •  Report & Dashboard Creation: Proficiency in using the Salesforce Report Builder and Dashboard Builder.
  •  Salesforce Configuration: Knowledge of how Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships impact report and dashboard capabilities.
  •  Business Analysis: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into reporting requirements.
  •  Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical information, gather requirements, and train users.
  •  Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in report and dashboard configurations.
  •  Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues with reports, dashboards, and underlying data.

Decision Making Authority :

Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the design, development,and maintenance of Salesforce reporting and dashboard solutions.

Principal Responsibilities :

Gather requirements from users and stakeholders to understand data needs

Design and build custom reports using various report types (e.g., Tabular,

Summary, Matrix, Joined) and customize layouts with filters, groupings,

summary types, and conditional formatting.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, utilizing dynamic dashboards, filters, and drill-downs, to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data accuracy by implementing measures like validation rules and data cleansing.
  • Monitor and optimize report and dashboard performance, and regularly review and update them to ensure relevance.
  • Provide user training and support on how to create, interpret, and leverage reports and dashboards.
