Budget:Market Standard. We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in CloudSense to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, you will play a crucial role in the management, customization, and optimization of our Salesforce instance. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining our business processes, enhancing user experience, and driving overall efficiency.

Responsibilities. Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder to meet specific business needs.

Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth information flow.

Leverage your CloudSense expertise to configure, administer, and optimize the CloudSense platform within Salesforce, supporting our sales and quoting processes.

Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data analytics to provide insights to various stakeholders.

Perform routine data maintenance tasks, data cleansing, and data quality checks.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to our instance accordingly.

Provide end-user training and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce applications or add-ons that align with business goals.

Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Salesforce Administrator 401 certification is required.

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration.

Strong expertise in CloudSense configuration and administration.

Proficiency in declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.

Experience with data integration and data quality best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
