Impact at EVOCS

As Tier-2 Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will handle advanced configurations, custom development, and complex issue resolution. You will support both administration (1 resource) and functional development (2 resources) to optimize client Salesforce environments.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Perform advanced Salesforce configurations (Validation Rules, Process Builder, Flows)
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
• Handle complex data migrations, imports, and ETL processes
• Optimize Salesforce performance and governor limits
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Manage release deployments and change set promotions
• Conduct code reviews and best practice enforcement
• Support advanced reporting with joined reports and custom objects

Required Qualifications

The top candidate will have:

• 4-6 years Salesforce administration/development experience

• Platform Developer I or Advanced Administrator certification
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components experience
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model and data architecture
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Copado
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and data manipulation
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) required

Bonus Qualifications

Ideally you have:

• Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Salesforce Shield or Event Monitoring
• Integration experience with MuleSoft or other middleware
