Job Description

Job Summary:

Salesforce Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Salesforce organizations across different agencies ensuring smooth operations and configuration.
Implement and maintain integrations with platforms such as Mulesoft, Forgerock, AWS, and Tableau.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, replacing manual steps with automated solutions.
Support and contribute to critical ongoing projects including SWAN, CEAP, IVR, and Opportunity Center.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implement fixes, and perform regular system audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Admin (Expert) mandatory.
Strong experience with Mulesoft, Forgerock, AWS, and Tableau integrations.
Proven ability to design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs across agencies or departments.
Familiarity with projects such as SWAN, CEAP, IVR, and Opportunity Center is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
