About the Role:

Sales / Bid / Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids/tenders for aviation projects.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical inputs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support business development.
• Track and manage tender submissions, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and cost estimations.
• Stay updated with aviation industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• B. Tech / Diploma in

  Electrical Engineering

  (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in

  sales, bidding, or tendering

  within the

  aviation project sector

  .
• Strong understanding of project documentation and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
