Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales/BD Manager - Ingredients B2B. The Sales/BD Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key accounts, and promoting our ingredients to various industry sectors. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management
• Knowledge of the Food, Pharma, Nutrition, or Personal Care ingredients industry
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Marketing and market research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
