Sales Vice President: Location Bangalore CTC – 45-50 LPA Industry – Real estate Commercials / Corporate sales / co working space/ Commercial space leasing Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for commercial leasing and asset monetization. Lead the national/regional sales team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Forecast sales goals and drive business development activities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, landlords, developers, and brokers. Negotiate and close high-value leasing transactions, renewals, and expansions. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and leasing team. Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve results. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customers needs to identify opportunities. Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration & Reporting: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams. Provide detailed sales reports and pipeline updates to executive leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of sales experience in commercial real estate, with a strong emphasis on leasing/corporate sales/co working space/ construction & interiors etc. Demonstrated success in closing complex leasing deals and managing portfolios. Established network of corporate clients, brokers, and real estate professionals. Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in CRM tools, leasing management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Real Estate License (as per state/regional requirement) is preferred. Preferred Experience: Experience working with office/ corporate interior or construction assets. Knowledge of lease structures . Experience with both landlord and tenant representation.
