Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced B.Pharma professional with strong communication, training, and business development skills to join our Allopathy and Cosmetic Division.
This role focuses on training of Medical Repersentatives , handling third-party orders, and building sales networks to strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, formulations, and application methods for our allopathy and cosmetic range.
• Manage and support third-party manufacturing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and marketing partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the allopathy and cosmetic sectors.
• Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to improve product positioning.
• Provide sales support and product education to field representatives and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
• 1 years of experience in pharma training, marketing, or third-party sales.
• Strong knowledge of allopathy formulations and cosmetic product lines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Powerpoint.
