Key Responsibilities: Procure raw materials specifically for cosmetic products from various approved vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Provide monthly sales data, target sheets, and performance summaries to the medical representatives (field staff). Handle all documentation and approvals related to field staff operations Prepare detailed sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including individual and team performance against targets. Create and update sales target sheets for the field team, aligning with company goals. Follow up regularly with field staff regarding outstanding payments or reimbursement clearances. Maintain and submit accurate monthly operational and performance reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related field. 1 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or administrative support—preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical . Strong knowledge of purchase and vendor management related to cosmetic raw materials. Proficiency in MS Excel ,, Word , and PowerPoint for preparing sales and performance reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with field staff and vendors effectively. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage target sheets, documentation, and follow-ups accurately. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with sales reporting tools , ERP software is a plus. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset . Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
