Sales Trainer

WE'RE HIRING : SALES TRAINER!!

LOCATION : JHANSI

FULL TIME || DAY SHIFT ONLY

6 DAYS WORKING || SUNDAY OFF

What You’ll Do:

• Conducting sales training sessions for new and existing team members
• Developing training materials, scripts, and role-play exercises
• Monitoring trainee performance and providing feedback
• Assisting in improving sales techniques and product knowledge
• Coordinating with sales managers to align training with goals

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in sales or training (preferably both)
• Ability to motivate and guide individuals or small groups
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Slides
