Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver sales training programs for travel agents to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
Develop process training materials and conduct regular sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to trainees to improve their performance and achieve desired results.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
Monitor trainee progress, track metrics, and report on program effectiveness.
Provide refresher training to the existing sales force, supporting OJT batches.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in sales training or a related field (BPO/call center).
Strong understanding of B2C/B2B sales principles, marketing strategies, and business development concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
