Job Description

As a Sales Trainer in this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales performance of the team through various training and coaching activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a successful track record in sales and sales training. - Providing sales coaching to the team members. - Previous experience in a Regional training role is mandatory. - Having a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales with a reputable organization. - Exposure to Induction training in a corporate setting. - Developing individual results through policy and procedure maintenance, coaching, and conducting training sessions. - Enhancing training effectiveness through the introduction of new approaches and techniques, ensuring support is readily available, and integrating support into routine job functions. - Proficiency in Power Point Presentation, daily report preparation, and utilization of various training tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
