We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Trainer to join our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales, operations, and support teams. 1. Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on real estate sales, customer relationship management and soft skills. 2. Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to various roles within the organization. 3. Conduct on boarding sessions for new hires, especially sales staff. 4. Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and market dynamics to align training content with industry standards. 5. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps. 6. Maintain training records and feedback documentation. 7. Support continuous learning initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the organization. 8.
