Requirements: 10-12 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and optimizing sales performance in a large-scale, complex environment. Extensive experience in sales forecasting, data analysis, CRM management (preferably Salesforce), and sales tools implementation.
