Experience: 2+ years in EdTech sales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business growth

Track, analyse, and optimise sales performance using CRM tools

Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance productivity

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience

Proven experience in team leadership and management

Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools (mandatory)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
