Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities
Maintain a high level of good communication during all interactions, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a positive customer experience
Explain product or service features and benefits to potential customers clearly and concisely
Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services and pricing
Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, track interest levels, and move prospects through the sales funnel
Persuade potential customers to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments, requesting more information, or making a purchase
Accurately perform data entry of call details, customer information, interactions, and lead status into the CRM system or database
Maintain and update the customer database with new information and changes
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections and rejections professionally and politely
Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve strategies
