Sales Telecaller

Job Description Telesales role for a fresher candidate focuses on making outbound calls to promote products or services, handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, and contributing to sales targets through effective communication. They may also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and collaborating with sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features, benefits, and pricing, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments. Inbound Call Handling : Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints over the phone. Customer Relationship Management : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database and following up with leads and existing customers. Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone calls and other means. Customer Support : Providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compliance : Adhering to company policies and telecalling scripts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain products, listen actively, and build rapport with customers. Persuasion and Sales Skills: Ability to persuade customers to make purchases, negotiate, and close sales deals. Basic Computer Skills Familiarity with computer systems and software, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Data Entry Skills Ability to accurately maintain customer records and update databases. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt communication styles based on customer needs and preferences. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Market Research: Ability to understand customer needs and trends.
