Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales/Techno Manager. The Sales/Techno Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer service, conducting training sessions, and implementing sales management strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales plans, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical and sales domains to drive business growth effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience of minimum 5 yrs
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members
• Strong technical understanding of construction chemicals is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
