Sales Team member - Business Correspondent-SUPPORT SERVICES

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products and services to underserved communities, helping them access the financial tools they need. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.


• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.


• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software for sales and customer relationship management.


• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.


• A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a results-driven mindset.


• Willingness to travel and work in different locations to reach underserved communities.


• Fluency in local languages is an advantage, especially for roles targeting specific regions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.


• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling a range of financial products, including loans, savings accounts, and insurance.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.


• Stay updated with the latest financial products and services, and continuously enhance your knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.


• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the banks goals.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and stay updated with industry best practices.


• Represent the bank at various events, seminars, and community initiatives to promote financial inclusion and raise awareness.
