Sales Tower Team Manager

Location:

Shift:

  • The candidate should be handling a team of 15-20 sales professionals spread across different verticals
  • He/she should be able to lead/coach and develop a team of sales professionals
  • He/she should be able to set goals and conduct performance reviews regularly
  • Foster collaboration and ensure team alignment with business goals
  • He/she should oversee daily operations to ensure deliverables are met
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Drive continuous process improvements and standardization
  • Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with customer side sales leaders to understand requirements and align support
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance guidelines, and data governance standards
  • Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and documentation
  • Should work closely with the teams along with other support functions to ensure the concerns are addressed
  • Should be able to work independently on preparing Decks for the Client reviews

Skill Set

  • Candidate should be a graduate (BA, B. Ed not acceptable) carrying a minimum of 6 years in people management role with a proven track record of maintaining low attrition
  • Candidate should have a global client facing and client managing experience of 3-4 years
  • Should have excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Should possess a good working knowledge on MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Should possess a good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Should have worked on Salesforce platform in any of the previous organizations
  • Should have good knowledge of sales automation, sales intelligence and sales enablement tools such as Salesloft, HubSpot Sales Hub, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc.
  • Ad-Tech Sales background will be an added advantage for the candidate
  • Knowledge of using AI tools would be preferrable if not required
  • Should be comfortable to work out of Hyderabad office location and report to work all 5 days of the week
  • Should be flexible to work in US shift hours
