Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong sales background to lead, guide, and motivate the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Assign targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Handle key clients and support the team in closing deals
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with management for sales planning and reviews

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales with prior experience as a Team Leader
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (with team handling experience)

Location: On-site - Udaipur Shobhagpura

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
