Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Team Leader to join our TradeIndia team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives. Drive sales through effective planning, strategy, and execution. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews. Generate leads, pitch TradeIndia services to SMEs, and close deals. Train and motivate team members to maximize productivity. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Required Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Team Handling. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
