📌Job Description (JD) – Team Leader (TL), Airtel पद का सारांश / Position Summary Airtel is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Team Leader (TL) to drive sales of Digital & Financial Products – QR Payment Solutions, EDC Machines, and Sound Pods. 👉 उम्मीदवार को कम से कम 8–10 Field Sales Executives (FSEs) की टीम अपने साथ लानी होगी, उन्हें प्रशिक्षित करना होगा और लक्ष्य पूरे कराना होगा। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ / Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and manage a team of minimum 8–10 FSEs. टीम को मोटिवेट, गाइड और ट्रेन करना ताकि सभी सदस्य अपने लक्ष्य प्राप्त कर सकें। Drive sales and activations of QR, EDC, and Sound Pods. Develop and implement strategies to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Conduct regular field visits with the team and provide on-ground support. Maintain strong relationships with merchants, shopkeepers, and customers. Prepare accurate sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis. Ensure adherence to company guidelines, compliance, and processes. योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ / Qualifications & Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Telecom/Banking/Fintech. टीम मैनेजमेंट का अनुभव जरूरी – कम से कम 8–10 सदस्यों की टीम लाने की क्षमता। QR, EDC और Sound Pods की सेल्स व टीम हैंडलिंग का अनुभव होना अनिवार्य। Strong leadership, communication & motivational skills.
