Looking of Sales executive for a Real Estate firm dealing in Resedential and Commercial projects 🧾 Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and confident Sales Executive to handle property sales and client interactions. The candidate must be a graduate with at least 6 months of real estate or field sales experience, and should be able to guide customers through site visits, explain project features, and close deals. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up with real estate leads from online/offline platforms Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and benefits to customers Maintain regular contact with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Assist clients with booking, documentation, and payment procedures Meet sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager Maintain updated knowledge of project details, floor plans, and offers Coordinate with the CRM/back-office team for smooth after-sales service Attend property expos, local promotions, or customer meet-ups when required 🎓 Qualifications & Skills: Graduate (Any stream – B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or field sales Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred) Presentable, customer-friendly attitude, and strong follow-up ability Familiar with Google Maps, WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM usage Own two-wheeler (preferred) for client visits
