Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives and telecallers.
• Allocate leads and monitor team performance daily.
• Plan and execute strategies to maximize 

  home visits, bank visits, and solar rooftop sales closures

  .
• Track lead funnel (calls → visits → closures) and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Drive awareness of government subsidy benefits and EMI financing options to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during and after sales closure.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing and operations for smooth customer onboarding and installation.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in 

  solar, renewable energy, consumer durables, or financial services

  .
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Good communication in 

  English, Hindi, and local languages

  .
• Ability to work in field sales with high energy and persistence.
